Cleanliness was top-notch, and the nearby Aeon mall offered great dining options. A gem for families!

I especially liked the warm greeting from the staff, who were attentive even with a slight language barrier. Having a nearby Aeon mall for dining and shopping options was a big plus. However, the tiny bathroom felt cramped. more clarity on the process would be helpful. I nearly missed a crucial transfer because of mixed messages with the taxi service. Overall, good value for an overnight before a flight, but staffing communication could use some work.

The hotel’s proximity to Naritasan Park was perfect for a family outing. Staff members were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a store right downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks for the kids. The view of the cityscape from our room added a special touch to our stay.
